With over twenty years of experience we offer individualised, personal Pilates training based on the original method developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. We were certified by Joseph Pilates‘ protege Romana Kryzanowska. We use authentic apparatuses made by Gratz™ industries. Since its inception, Pilates has helped boxers, dancers, celebrities and all of us.
