For the Duo Lesson you need to have good knowledge of the Pilates Method. Share your Pilates apparatus workout with an other Participant at the same Level.
A challenging Training for max three Participants. A workout on the Mat including using Arm springs, Leg springs, Rollback Bar ect.
Training on the mat without any equipment. In small groups limited to six participants you will get an intensive workout.
